Version 1.1! Softlock fix, improved chests, better gamepad!

A slightly bigger update than usual, so I am calling it an update to 1.1!

- Fixed a deadly softlock! Previously, your save file would be permanently ruined if you entered Frostburn's Summer Home without holding the Ice Skates!

- Chests have been slightly improved! If you have skill points in Luck, Lucky equipment, or an active Luckenbrau, then chests will have a chance to drop extra money or an extra item.

- Quality-of-life improvement for gamepad players. In almost every situation, pressing Gamepad Start has the same effect as pressing ESCAPE.

- Made an obscure secret slightly less obscure! Slightly.

- Prevented a very obscure exploit where, in a specific secret area, you could damage boost somewhere you shouldn't be and farm infinite Artifact Bits.

To upgrade, simply extract over your old install folder. 3 files were changed: absurdarea.exe, absurdarea.aaw, and addons/aatiles3.bmp.
